Genie and Terex Machine Safety
Terex and Genie machinery offer several essential guidelines and rules which users could follow to ensure the safety of the operators. Safety is a main concern and can often be established through joint efforts of workers and employers.
First of all, common sense is key. Safe work practices should be used at all times and if there is any doubt regarding the safety of a task, the task must not be completed without consultation with your employer and with the work site safety guidelines. Following work site, employer, and government standards and regulations would help improve worker safety. Additionally, training should only be performed by people who are certified, and the equipment should never be operated by an employee or a person who does not have the correct training or qualifications, if required. The operators instruction manual and any safety guidelines that are supplied with the machinery must be available on the equipment at all times. Each equipment operator should read, understand, and follow the directions and safety rules offered in the operators instruction manual all the time.
If you have any questions regarding your Genie or Terex equipment, do not hesitate to call a representative.
