Peiner's design philosophy has continually revolved around the idea of making grabs which deal with the biggest volume rather than grab dead weight. Typically, the bucket and grab lifting ratio's meaning that 60 percent of material is dead weight vs. 40 percent grab dead weight. This means moving more quantities of materials faster. The wear and tear on the crane structure and its related parts is less. By combining innovative design and high quality materials with manufacturing, the weight ration that is required is attained.
To be able to meet the particular needs of our customer's individual requirements, grab sizes vary from less than 1 cubic yard to over fifty cubic yards. Peiner USA Inc. also provides a complete service facility and spare parts facility for the models sold in the USA, along with the addition of new buckets and grabs.
